Return policy

30-Day Warranty

We offer a free replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If your order arrives defective or does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.

For defective or faulty products, please email service@aabsencen.com with photos or a video clearly showing the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Note:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water, or general wear and tear.
Due to the handmade nature of our custom pride flags, refunds cannot be provided unless the item is defective. In case of late delivery, we will refund the shipping fee only. If a custom flag package goes missing, we will resend it at no additional cost.


Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after your purchase. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly during checkout. Orders with incorrect information are not eligible for cancellation or refund after 24 hours.

To request a return:

  1. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used, worn, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return.

  2. Request Authorization:
    Email service@aabsencen.com with the reason for return and supporting photos or video. Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the nearest return address.

  3. Shipping your return:
    Use a trackable shipping service to return the item. We are not responsible for lost packages.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

    • If a refund is granted, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • Please mark your return package as a gift to avoid customs fees (which are not covered by us).

  4. Refund processing:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Items not in original condition, or with missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale or promotional items


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank – there is often some processing delay.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@aabsencen.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please email service@aabsencen.com with your order number and issue details.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
Once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Cancellations before processing may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and transaction costs.


Invalid Reasons for Return or Refund

To maintain the best possible prices, we do not accept returns or cancellations for the following reasons:

  • "I no longer want the item" after the order is placed

  • Ordering a specific variant and wanting to switch after delivery

  • Finding the item at a cheaper price elsewhere

Please make sure you are confident about your purchase before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it becomes a legally binding contract.
